CO-FOUNDER/PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Coach Don Arreola-Burl has over 40 years of experience operating recreation programs, coaching, and teaching physical education. RATS is the fulfillment of his lifetime dream of creating a mixed age, affordable, "old-school" summer program in a community setting. He co-founded the non-profit program with his wife in 2008.
